Hello! I'm Erika, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 4 years. First starting my career in Florida and now currently in Colorado.

As someone who is an avid hiker and gym goer, I recognize the importance of maintaining peak physical condition. My massages will cater to your unique needs, promoting flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, and fostering overall well-being.

Seeing me instead of going to a chain/franchise gives you a more personal experience based off trust, comfort and knowledge that I will give each session. I am here for my clients as a LMT and a friend. Human connection is much needed as sometimes we forget how important it is. Feeling renewed mentally and physically will not only make you feel whole but inspire the ones around you to seek wellness within themselves.

Each service will come with an optional weighted heat pack for the upper body and also an optional hot towel for the neck or face. The table has a warmer under the fleece cushion as well. This will enhance your experience by allowing you to sink into the table and fully emerge yourself in the relaxation, relief, and inner peace you are seeking. I will always offer advice at the end of each session based of my knowledge and my own experience by what has worked for me. It is time to give yourself the self-care you deserve.
